ROASTED CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES:
INGREDIENTS:
- CHICKEN BREAST                               1/2 KG
- POTATOES CUBES                               4 MEDIUM
- ONION SLICES                                      1 LARGE SIZE
- CHERRY TOMATOES                          1 CUP
- GARLIC CLOVE MINCED                  5 CLOVES
- RED BELL PEPPER CHOPPED          1
- BLACK OLIVE                                        1/2 CUP
- OLIVE OIL                                               3 TBSP
- VINEGAR                                                 2 TBSP
- PAPRIKA POWDER                               1 TSP
- SALT                                                          1 TSP OR TO TASTE
- BLACK PEPPER POWDER                  1 TSP
- BASIL LEAVES CHOPPED                   2 
RECIPE:
- First, preheat the oven to 375F.
- Add the potatoes, onion, tomatoes, bell peppers, and black olives to a bowl and the chicken to another bowl.
- Now add half of each of the garlic, salt, black pepper powder, paprika powder, oil, and vinegar over the veggies, and the other half of these ingredients to the chicken.
- Now mix everything well.
- Now, spices mix veggies place into a large baking dish, and then place the chicken over the veggies.
- Now put the baking dish in the preheated oven and roast for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
- Now sprinkle the basil leaves over the chicken and veggies.
- Drizzle some of the pan juice over the chicken and veggies.
- Delicious dinner recipe is ready.
